International Shipping
QIAN LU provides international shipping. Available destinations are limited to the countries or regions selectable at checkout. We cannot ship to addresses that a carrier cannot serve or that are restricted by law.
Free Shipping and Product Prices
No separate standard shipping charge is added at checkout. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, or a customer-requested reshipment are not included. Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged at destination are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Delivery Time
Handover to international logistics is estimated at 7–10 calendar days after payment. After international handover, transit is estimated at 7–15 calendar days. Domestic transfers remain part of preparation. Customs, weather or carrier operations may change estimates; delays are communicated with a reason and revised date.
Possible Delays
Public-health events, pandemic controls, flight changes, customs processing, extreme weather, or carrier disruption may delay delivery. We will provide affected customers with updates when information becomes available.
Tracking
Customers will receive tracking information after shipment.
Addresses and Returned Parcels
Contact us as soon as possible to change an address before dispatch. Interception or redirection cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failed collection, we will review it after receipt; actual non-refundable shipping, return, customs, or clearance costs may be deducted from the refund. This does not apply where we or the carrier are responsible.
